Ticketholder assumes all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by participating in any face paint, body art or other arts and crafts station, or any other activity at the event, potential exposure to COVID-19 or by any other cause, and releases BDG Media, Inc. and all event sponsors, issuer, management, facility, participants, talent and each of their representatives and personnel (collectively, "Event Entities") from any related claims. Event Entities are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ticketholder specifically acknowledges and agrees that certain conditions including, but not limited to, pregnancy and allergies, may prevent Ticketholder from participating in certain physical activities at the event, and that, to the extent Ticketholder is aware of any such condition, Ticketholder should consult with a doctor prior to engaging in any such activity. Event will be held rain or shine. Ticketholder further agrees to these terms on behalf of any minors accompanying Ticketholder to the event and agrees that he/she exercises legal authority over such minors.
When and where is the event?
The event is located at Battery Park, Saturday, September 24th from 10am to 5pm. Enter at the Corner of State St. & Peter Minuit Plaza.

Is the event free and do I have to RSVP?
Yes, the event is free. No tickets are required to enter. You can RSVP for the event HERE.

Will there be stroller parking?
Yes, there will be stroller parking located at the front entrance. Please note, no staff will be on duty in the stroller parking lot. Please do not leave valuables in the stroller. We are not responsible for any theft or damage.Â

Will there be food and drink?
Yes, we will have complimentary drinks and snacks. However, if you would like additional food, you can purchase food and drinks within Battery Park, just outside of the event activation space.Â

What is the event’s age range?
The event is for all ages. We will have activities for the whole family to enjoy.Â

Will there be parking?
You can find street parking, or parking within parking lots located near the park.Â

Will there be public restrooms?
Yes, there are two public restroom facilities within Battery Park. One located at the Battery Park Underpass at South St. and one located at Battery Pl. & Washington St.Â

Do I need proof of vaccination to enter the event?
No, proof of vaccination is not required. But, for the safety of all Camp Romper attendees, if you have or recently had a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER.

Am I required to wear a mask in the event?
The event is outdoors and is following state, city, and CDC requirements where face coverings are not required in outdoor settings.Â

The South Ferry Station, Whitehall St, or Bowling Green will all give you access to the event. The Bowling Green Station is closest to the event entrance.Â
